Mr. Pande has M.A with honors in Financial Economics, St. Andrews university, Scotland( 2001-2005). he is currently the founding CEO of NIBL Capital. he also happens to be the youngest CEO in the financial sector in Nepal. He has also worked as Department head of research and development of Nepal Investment Bank limited. He is also the founder of and the board of MI Nepal a social venture initiated to facilitate banks and microfinance companies. He also helped to co-found ICRA Nepal, the first credit rating company in Nepal. he has also served as a youth advisor to the United nations Nepal for 3 years helping review youth and gender participation in the UNDP and UNICEF country programs,
